ApiCabin

Terms

Last updated: 25 October 2026

1. What the cabin is

ApiCabin is a third-party AI API relay. Through upstream providers it gives you access to models such as Claude, GPT and Gemini, billed by the tokens you actually use. Using the service means you accept these terms.

2. Your account and keys

An API key is as good as your account password, so keep it safe. Losses from a key you leaked or lent out are yours; if a key leaks, revoke it in the dashboard right away.

3. Billing and top-ups

The cabin is prepaid: you add credit, and each call is deducted by its real usage. Credit only pays for calls; it is not a deposit and earns no interest.

4. Refunding unused credit

Within 10 days of a top-up, unused credit can be refunded, minus what was consumed and the payment processor's fees. Consumed credit and top-ups older than 10 days are not refundable. Signup credit, referral rewards and other promotional credit cannot be refunded or turned into cash (referral rewards follow the withdrawal rules in the dashboard). Ask for a refund through Contact; we handle it within 3 business days.

5. When the service stops

We work to keep things running but cannot promise there will never be an interruption. The cabin is not liable for indirect losses caused by upstream outages, network trouble and the like.

6. Using it fairly

Follow the law and the model providers' usage policies. Accounts that break them are switched off and remaining credit is not refunded.

7. Model output

Model output can be wrong. Check it before you rely on it; the cabin does not vouch for its accuracy.

8. What we keep

To settle disputes and prevent abuse, we keep the user text you send through the API (not system prompts and not model replies) for about 30 days, then delete it automatically. We also record the model, tokens and cost of every call so you can review them in your dashboard.

9. Changes to these terms
